Trisha’s Story: From Yo-Yo Dieting to Consistent Queen!

Trisha, a super-engaged mom and busy entrepreneur, knew the struggle of yo-yo dieting all too well. After 20 years of trying every plan under the sun, she desperately craved a sustainable lifestyle, not just another quick fix.  She was sick and tired of the rules and strict perimeters Weight Watchers, Optavia, NutriSystem, Truvy,  Low Carb, Herbalife, Shakeology, Curves and their supplements, Advocare/FitClub, SlimFast and all the others she tried.  (Yes, she tried all of these!)

That's where All Day Coach and Coach Annie entered the picture. In January 2023, Trisha joined our January Challenge, eager to build healthy habits and ditch the "all-or-nothing" mentality.  She was exhausted from her weekly mantra of starting over “on Monday”.  

But the true magic happened when she invested in one-on-one coaching. Forget perfection – consistency became her daily anthem!! And in just 12 weeks, the results were undeniable:

  • Down 12 pounds (that's 1 pound down on average  per week!)

  • 12.75 inches trimmed! (an average over 1 inch per week!)

  • Body fat decreased by 5.9% (visceral fat down 2%!)

But it wasn't just the numbers. Trisha transformed her relationship with food. No more deprivation, just delicious, sustainable habits built through custom tools and daily tracking.

Fast forward a few months, and Trisha is still crushing it! She joined our 2024 Challenge, proving her commitment to consistency, building on the progress she accomplished in 2023, including being down 26 INCHES (she loves “shopping” in her own closet) and feeling amazing!
