accept that consistency is the goal - not perfection
drink more water
eat more whole foods - at least 80% of what you eat
eat PROTEIN at every meal
sleep at least eight hours a night
walk a TON
don’t completely restrict your favorite foods
lift weights - focus on getting STRONG, not skinny
