Assuming you’re ready to change your daily behaviors, here’s what you need to do every, single, day:

  • accept that consistency is the goal - not perfection

  • drink more water

  • eat more whole foods - at least 80% of what you eat

  • eat PROTEIN at every meal

  • sleep at least eight hours a night

  • walk a TON

  • don’t completely restrict your favorite foods

  • lift weights - focus on getting STRONG, not skinny

There you go.
