Spend 30 minutes doing this today

Meal planning.

Yep - we said it, and you’re probably groaning.

It’s annoying, right?

You’re too busy. (We hate to tell you, but we are ALL busy - we also all spend far too much time doing this).

One thing we can tell you - taking a half an hour to do this will save you SO much stress this week, we promise.

There are so many benefits to creating (or pre-tracking) a meal plan for the week:

  • Help you eat healthier: When you plan your meals ahead of time, you can make sure you're getting the nutrients you need, and (if working to lose fat), crushing your macronutrient goals! You can also avoid unhealthy impulse buys at the grocery store;)

  • Save you money: When you know what you're going to eat each week, you can buy only what you need, avoid wasting food and eat out less. You can also stock up on sale items (we love bulk purchasing chicken, seafood, lean ground meat, frozen fruit, etc.)

  • Save you time: Meal planning takes some time upfront, but it saves you a ton of time during the week. You won't have to waste time thinking about what to cook or scrambling to make dinner at the last minute. You don’t have to follow it to a T - life happens, so give yourself some grace:)

  • Reduce stress: Knowing what's for dinner can take a lot of stress off your shoulders. You won't have to worry about what to make when you're already hungry and tired.

If you're new to meal planning, don't worry! It's easy to get started. Just choose a realistic time frame, consider your dietary needs and preferences, and use a meal planning template or app. And be flexible! Things don't always go according to plan, so don't stress it if you have to change your meals around.

Meal planning is a great way to improve your health, save money, and reduce stress. So give it a try! You might be surprised at how much you love it!

We work with our clients to create custom meal plans, and their results speak for themselves!
